Why did you join SICPA? What convinced you to join SICPA?

The first thing that convinced me to join SICPA was the position that was offered to me. Indeed, after having only worked 3 years in another multinational, being a Team Leader at SICPA was an opportunity not to be missed. Furthermore, the benefits and compensation offered by the company are undeniably good ones.

Why do you enjoy working at SICPA?

Career opportunities within a company are extremely important in the choice of my workplace. For this reason, joining SICPA has been the right choice for me. Indeed, management trusts me and gave me an important role where I am constantly learning and growing.

What did SICPA bring to you professionally and personally?

SICPA gave me opportunity to work as a Team Leader in the company. However, before arriving here, I did not have any experience in leadership. Thanks to their willingness to train me, I had the chance to learn immensely about leadership and how to manage a team with the right tools.

What is your main objective in your job?

Continuous improvement at an operational level is the objective of my daily work.

Describe your typical working day at SICPA?

During a typical day at SICPA, I usually review the processes in place and create the necessary actions to improve the activities planned.

In your opinion, what are the key soft skills necessary in your job?

Communication, leadership and teamwork are the necessary soft skills, in my opinion, to be able to do this job. Indeed, managing a team is not easy and has to be done in the right way in order to create a real team cohesion and to make each team member grow along the way.

How do you manage your professional and personal life?

I try to have a right balance between my job and my private life. Even though it might be sometimes difficult “to keep the work at work”. It is necessary to really distinguish both, to not interfere too much with the private life.

If you could choose only three words to describe SICPA and your daily life at SICPA, what would they be?
