Our policies promote ethical behaviour and sustainability in the way we conduct business.

Our policies set standards for our employees, partners, suppliers, and customers in respect of expected behaviour. Specific policies on anti-corruption and fair competition have been promulgated to provide clear guidance of the corporate expectations. We strive to set an example of the highest ethical and integrity standard in our marketplace, acting in a spirit of respectful entrepreneurship. 

Group policies and guidelines include Human Resources, Health and Safety, Security, Environment and Procurement policies which also form part of the overall CSR.
SICPA is a founding and accredited member of the Banknote Ethics Initiative (BnEI).

Code of Business Conduct

SICPA has adopted this Code of Business Conduct in order to lay down the rules of behavior in all dealings for SICPA and to provide guidance to the day-to-day business.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

SICPA’s business depends on its relationships with Governments and Government bodies as well as with private industry customers and the trust they place in the company. To ensure the protection of this trust SICPA undertakes to conduct all activities in an honest and ethical manner and in accordance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations.

Competition law is intended to help preserve the competitive, free enterprise system that is the basis of the free market economy. Competition laws apply to all business arrangements, irrespective of their form, as well as to business conduct in general.
