Health, safety and well-being

processes, which have been recognised with ISO 45001 certification.
The company keeps track of all occupational hazards arising from its activities and ensures that they are adequately and effectively mitigated, at all its manufacturing sites. In 2025, 1000+ employees across 20 countries were trained on OH&S topics. “Oasis”, our global wellbeing framework, continued to promote physical, emotional, and social health among employees.
Communities support
SICPA is keen to positively impact the communities in which it operates and participates in social, cultural, educational, environmental and scientific activities, often with the active involvement of its own employees.

In 2025, SICPA contributed approximately kCHF 2,330 to 111 projects in its operating countries.
44 of these initiatives were implemented locally under the guidance of our entities. They were specifically designed to support our employees, protect the environment and assist communities near our operations. This is in line with our sustainability priorities and our commitment to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
