Best employers Switzerland 2021
SICPA among the “Best employers in Switzerland 2021” according to “Le Temps” and “Handelszeitung”
Every year, together with "Handelszeitung" and "Le Temps", the international market research company Statista designates the best employers in Switzerland. As part of this large-scale study, thousands of employees were surveyed between May and June 2020. By counting the votes registered on the two media portals, more than 200,000 evaluations were gathered. SICPA ranked 10th in the "Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals" category and 11th in the "Internet, telecommunications and IT" category.
The social challenges posed by COVID-19 have highlighted the importance of employees motivation in these uncertain times. SICPA has demonstrated resilience, adaptability and agility, and has succeeded in strengthening relationships with employees despite the challenges.
This is also the result of many efforts that have been made in recent years to improve the positioning of SICPA as an employer and strengthen our employer brand both internally and externally.
