Introduction

You are about to be granted access to SICPA’s collaborative space. SICPA SA would like to provide you with some important information in connection with Azure Active Directory so that you are aware of the usage made by SICPA of the personal data processed and collected by the platform Office 365.

Information you provide to us

Please notice that by accepting the invitation, SICPA will collect, process and use your email address for the purpose of granting you access to SICPA’s collaborative solutions, such as Sharepoint and Teams.

We share information with third parties

We share information with our partners and their affiliates. We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, we share information with vendors who help us manage our collaboration tools. Some vendors may be located outside of Switzerland. We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with local and international law or to protect ourselves. For example, we may share information to respond to a court order. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests it. We may share information for other reasons we may describe to you.

We use standard security measures

Policies are in place to protect Personal Data against unauthorised or accidental access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction in these solutions. You can find more about it on pages 57 to 61 of our Code of Conduct: SICPA - Code of Conduct | SICPA.

How long do we store your Personal Information?

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to execute the purpose for which it was originally collected.
