How long have you been working at SICPA, and what is your role within the company?
I have been working at SICPA for just over three years as a Mediamatics apprentice within the Marketing Department.

What made you want to apply to SICPA?
I chose to do my apprenticeship at SICPA mainly because of the wide variety of activities the company is involved in, which makes the learning experience particularly interesting. In addition, some members of my family were already familiar with the company and spoke very positively about it, which further reinforced my decision.

Can you describe your Mediamatics apprenticeship at SICPA?
A Mediamatics apprenticeship involves carrying out media-related tasks such as photography, video production, graphic design, and website development. It also provides exposure to certain aspects of marketing, including advertising campaigns, project management, and occasionally event participation.

At SICPA, I do not perform all of these activities all the time, but my responsibilities are highly diverse. I mainly focus on creating visual content, including product photography, videos, and brochures. This variety is actually what I enjoy most about my apprenticeship. I can move from a photography project to designing a brochure and then work on more marketing-oriented tasks. Not having a typical workday and being able to regularly switch between different activities makes my job more engaging and stimulating. That is what I particularly enjoy about my apprenticeship.

How would you describe your relationship with your trainer and your team?
I have a very good relationship with both my trainer and my team. I have never experienced any issues in that regard. The atmosphere is pleasant, supportive, and welcoming, which makes the apprenticeship experience even more enjoyable on a daily basis.

What achievement are you most proud of since the beginning of your apprenticeship?
My greatest source of pride during my apprenticeship is seeing visual projects that I created being used in real-world contexts, such as on LinkedIn. Those are accomplishments I am very proud of. There are also several brochures that I designed and that I am particularly happy with because I invested a great deal of effort into them and am very satisfied with the final result.

How is your experience at SICPA an asset for your professional future?
I believe that my apprenticeship will contribute greatly to my professional future because I am learning skills that are useful in everyday work. Since SICPA is an international company, the experience also helps me improve my language skills. SICPA is recognised for the quality of its training programs, which is a significant advantage and will also be a valuable asset on my CV.
