SICPA announces that the acquisition of Cabot Corporation’s security materials division, including Cabot Security Materials Inc. (CSMI) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, US has been concluded with success.

SICPA's Government Security Solutions Division has acquired the production unit of Olivetti I-Jet, a subsidiary of Olivetti S.p.A.
