With over twenty years of experience at SICPA, Marlyse embodies inspiring female leadership in a scientific and technological field where women remain still under-represented. Now leading the Security Features & Detection department, she oversees five laboratories and a team of 80 people, with a management style based on listening, cohesion, and conviction.

Ten years ago, Condon, Antonia stepped into SICPA as an intern in Events & Communication. Within her first six months she crossed three continents, seeing our solutions at work and taking on real responsibilities that shaped her pragmatic, operations‑first mindset. That early exposure—paired with the realisation that SICPA’s technologies quietly touch everyday life—set the tone for her career.

Colin Branca joined SICPA in 2020 as a Software Engineer Intern, shortly after earning his Master’s degree in Computer Science from EPFL. Over the past five years, he has steadily advanced within the company, taking on greater responsibilities and contributing to impactful projects. His journey reflects both the opportunities available at SICPA and his personal drive to learn, grow, and take initiative at every stage of his career.

Working at SICPA is incredibly dynamic and engaging. Every day brings new challenges, fostering continuous learning and growth. The diverse work environment and regular interactions with different cultures have broadened my perspective and sparked my interest in international work experiences.

What's special about this apprenticeship is that each year we change departments. For me, the first year was in the Accounts department at the head office in Prilly, the second is in Chavornay, the main production site for safety inks, and the final year will be spent in the Marketing department.
